Wine, the Stuff You Always Wanted to Know
Our most popular talk. This is for people who want to gain knowledge and enjoyment about wine. No boring wine snobbery here. This fun presentation will talk about the stuff you always wanted to know about wine like: How to taste, how to pronounce the crazy wine words and what do they mean, how to use a corkscrew, how to store your wine, how to order wine at a restaurant, wine and food pairings and other similar stuff.
This can be done with or without wine for the audience, but it is highly suggested for audience participation to include wine.
Wine Olympics
Have some competitive people in your group? Need to release some pent up energy? Why not compete in your own wine Olympics. No, not the “quarters” style beer games of your college days. You will break up into two groups, one red and one white. Clever huh? You will then do a series of ‘wine games” that are not only fun, but also educational. You’re guaranteed to have more fun that a barrel of monkeys. You staff will be talking about this one for days.
TNT – Talk-N-Tasting
Actually a little talk and a lot more tasting, this event is about the vino. We will feature six wines that everyone will taste as we describe the different characteristics and styles of each wine in a light hearted and fun way. This is definitely not your father’s wine tasting event!

Happy Hour of Wine
Designed for reception after the meeting. At this event, I will host your reception, pour some wine and be available to mingle and answer any questions your group has about wine.
